						Recent Review: NYRE should be taken to court for their inhospitable apartment buildings and service. The basement has 3 washers and dryers, but you have to step on and over trash and puddles of water to get to them. Their are mice running around on the floor, and the Porter that lives in the basement does not speak English, is usually drink, and also has trash stacked outside his door. The Super is so overbooked that he has given-up and does not attend to anyone.The management company only says they are working on it, but in the interim, they want their rent regardless of the stench, the mice, and the service. Do not rent from this company.
