| Recent Review: | | We live in a townhouse, and for the amount of space you get you can't beat the price.Cons: You have to keep on the office. If you call to have something fixed, follow up once a day until it is done. Also, some of the other tenets are kind of trashy, but in this price range that's going to happen. Most of the tenets are fine. Drafty windows, but plastic in the winter helps.Pros: The price. They let you have animals. Biggest townhouse we found regardless of price range. Townhouses are in great shape inside, even though outside looks dated. |

| Recent Review: | | I have to tell you, my situation with this place was completely unprofessional.I have a lease with them and needed to sublet the apartment to someone else.They gave me such a hassle the other people did not want the place because of it.First they requested a second security deposit from this couple(without returning mine) which consisted of a whole months rent, and they did not want to pay it for only four months.So, I agreed to pay it for them if they would just put it in my name and return it to me.They said we can't do that......it's policy. This is after they want to charge the new couple $25 dollar background check charge eventhough I'm already responsible for the place, charge me a $100 subleter's fee, and make them wait to move until the background check was done, eventhough I could just let them move in.The entire experience was unbarable...please do not rent from this place, it's not worth it. |
