| Recent Review: | | Dear Reader,If you are reading this you are perhaps concentering moving to the Poughkeepsie NY area. DON'T, and do not move to this apartment complex unless you enjoy not ever having a hot shower again, would like a competent maintenance staff or an office that is responsive. It is not only over priced for such a Hell hole (and the cost continues to rise), but if you make the mistake of deciding to live here your life will be filled with nights of no sleep due too the apartment above you leaking on your head. I had a waterfall coming out of the ceiling for an entire year. The heat never turns off until July when they turn they turn it off. Its like living in a third would country, they will not fix the water problems, from no water one day to water pouring out of the ceiling the next. After complaining there way of fixing this is to turn the water pressure down so low that if anyone else in your entire section (20 apartments) uses the water you have a trickle. We have called them at least once a week for the last year, yet they refused to fix anything, I have on more then one occasion been burned due to the fact that the person who had the water last finished it. I have filmed the problem and now were talking to a lawyer and looking for a new place to live, However, the prospects are small the apartments around here are for the most part section 8 housing or so exclusive you might as well buy a house. They charged our cat's rent $40 for 2. The Base board heat leaks so everything always smells like mold. Also when you rented the apartment the person (I use this term lightly because I believe it was in fact the devil)said that the horrible bath room would be fixed, this never happened. We also made them aware of what looks to be foundation movement because there is a huge crack in the wall that continues to grow, never got a response about that.So in summation move here if you like aggravation, stress, or to be late for work even though you get up 3 hours before your supposed to leave so that you can shower, move in at your own risk. |
