| Recent Review: | | Norm Traino is a local thug who owns several run-down buildings in the Syracuse University area which he rents to students. Most are on Euclid Ave. From the beginning, renting from him was a huge mistake. About two weeks in to our lease, we had our first rainstorm. Several of the ceiling tiles above our kitchen became soaked and the next day the entire filthy ceiling dumped itself all over the floor, leaving an unbelievable hole in the roof. Norm's chronies just put up more foam ceiling tiles, so I'm sure the next unlucky tenents hadthe same problem. This is not one isolated incident, but and example of how this scumbag does business all-day, everyday. We experienced too many examples of his piss-poor maintainence to list here.I lived with three other people, and each of us forked over $600 for a deposit which we were supposed to get back after the leased ended. That's a total of $2400. Just before moving out, we spend 3 days cleaning and repairing this piece of shit apartment. Norm told us the exact color of paint to get at some local store where he probably gets a cut of the profits. We bought it and painted the entire house. After we moved out, we received an itemized invoice of everything Norm claimed he had to do. He took all $2400 dollars, citing the most bullshit excuses any human being has ever had the balls to invent, including interior painting (which I'm sure he never did).Norm Traino is the lowest, most evil, scumiest piece of trash in all of Central New York. He deserves to have all his disgusting, yellow teeth knocked out of his ugly head with a brick. Do not rent from him unless you want to remember a horrible experience which you are bitter about for years to come. |

| Recent Review: | | Whatever you do, do not rent an apartment from this company.We have experienced many problems throughout our lease and it is still getting worse.Once they have your $$ they will never answer any of your phone calls or help you out in any way.They do not take good care of their properties and on top of that they dont care about you.Throught the one year period we had our apartment, without notice the landlord Bob/Bill would just walk into our apartment with future renters.One time they even walked into my room when the door was closed without knocking.I have just had the worst experiences with them that I have reported them to the BBB, so PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! |
