Recent Review: For the area, rent for a 2 bedroom is very reasonable, and not a bad size.No monthly pet rent, which is nice, and lots of open space to play with my dog.However, no landscaping at all.Not a single tree on the entire property.Outside of apartments look old and could use some repair. Property manager and maintence are nice and prompt.Quality of appliances could be better.Quality of paint job and dry wall, not so great.If we weren't moving out of state, we would renew.
