| Recent Review: | | The apartment is acceptable, but not great.The floors are newly done in some apartments, but in mine they were all scratched up.The floors are not carpeted.The rooms are huge with ceiling-to-floor windows in the living room and a wooden balcony.Rental-office service is bad, since they refuse to key you into your apartment if you've accidentally locked yourself out, even for a fee.You're stuck hiring a locksmith.They also have rules like forbidding the opening of windows during winter since heat escapes, and being charged a fee if you're caught with open windows.The facilities aren't new, but there are many large closets and a spacy kitchen.A laundry room in one of the building's basements has several machines that are often being used, so you have to wait.Air conditioners are not included, but can be rented and do a poor job of cooling the place (it'll make one room not-hot, but never cold).There is often parking in front of the apartments, and lots in back.The town doesn't do a great job of clearing snow in the winter.All in all, it was an all right experience. |
