Recent Review: Copley Court has a great location for driving back and forth to UB.Rent is reasonable for the location.Heat is included, which is huge in Buffalo.Parking isn't bad.Very safe here.I recommend getting an upstairs apartment because in this age of subwoofers, you may have someone above you that drives you nuts.They have made a lot of outdoor improvements to this place, hopefully they'll update the inside amenities.
