| Recent Review: | | Our apartment is very run down which is typical of older apartment buildings, but our AC has worked 1 week so far in the summer and I think a midget with a piece of paper could put more air through the vents. I've called the office numerous times and I always get the same 2 responses:1. make sure all your windows and doors are closed and the apartment will take 2-3 days to cool down- yeah if I did this I would have died of heat stroke a month ago and the smell would be unbearable.or2. they are checking on the cooling system right now on the roof.- they best give that guy a sandwich because everytime I call he is on that damn roof. He must be lonely. |

| Recent Review: | | Up until the day we moved out I had a pretty positivie attitude about Station Street Apartments.During our residency I would say my biggest complaint would be the leasing office's inability to take responsiblity for outsiders parking in our parking lots.However, after moving out, all the positive aspects of this community are out the window.Upon moving out they have charged us heavily for cleaning that I know they did not have to do in our apartment. (i.e. cleaning of the blinds was listed as a charge for 20.00, when if they would have actually cleaned the blinds they would have noticed that one was broken, and surely charged us for that too).And now, a month and 4 days after the day we moved out we were just informed that Station Street is still |

| Recent Review: | | This place is a decent place to live overall.It is convient to campus.However the construction you can tell is done as cheaply as possible.When I lived there the place had just opened up and in the course of two years you could already see significant signs of wear and tear.I was in the grad school building so it didnt get beaten on the way anundergrad one might have.Also the rent is way too high for the area.Overall its an okay place to live but i think you can get more for the money that you pay there |
