| Recent Review: | | I lived here for approximately 5 months. It was terrible.Maintenance never fixed anything and when they came to look, they suggested that nothing was wrong.The parking is okay, but you will fight your neighbors for spots near your apartment.The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors and anything else that happens in the apartment.The only thing this apartment has is little vent, that you can see through, and this lets all the noise through from room to room.The closet space is less than desirable and it's pricey.If you want to live in this area, there are much cheaper, great quality apartments, for a lot less!! Plus, they are doing so much development in the area that it's too busy for any sort of cozy comfort! |

| Recent Review: | | Poor lighted parking, poor management, leaky faucets, leaky moldy windows, high crime area, no clubhouse, insects (spiders, ants, roaches), tanning bed is always broken, crappy workout room, expensive apartments for what you get, outrageous water bills, poor maintenance (takes weeks to get things done), pee green bathtub and toilet, poorly insulated (high electric bills), backed up tubs and sinks, when moving in to apartment you better re-clean it yourself, walls are not fully painted and when fixed a 3 year old could do better, stained carpets, noisy neighbors, tennis court foundation cracked and unusable (yet you pay for the amenities!), pool is dirty, volleyball sand is hard packed dirt, hallways are filthy, keys hardly work in doors; mailbox; or gym, appliances always breaking, hot water does not work in the winter |
