Recent Review: We've lived here almost 4 years and for about 3 of those years didn't have any problems. Maintenance switched hands, new boss??, and then we started having issues with the leasing office and maintenance. Our apartment wasn't clean enough, our problems weren't worth fixing (lived with broken blinds for 2 1/2 years), etc. So we're fed up and moving! If you keep a sparkling spotless house then I'd recommend moving here as there are no other real issues with the place. Decent price, pretty quiet. If you tend to let housework go a little, then I don't recommend checking this place out or you will be harassed by all employees!
