						Recent Review: When I first moved into the Moors I was very happy. I rented a new 3 bedroom townhome w/ a garage. That feeling of happiness did not last long. We completed a list of things that needed to be fixed and turned it into management the very first day we moved in. Noone has responded to that list and my family and I have been here for 10 months. Now there is a novel to be written with all that has fallen apart in our thrown together townhome. Cabinets have fallen apart, the spring on the garage door has popped making it hard as hell to open, screws have fallen out of two of our closet doors, and the list goes on and on. Now that they have rented most of the units there is nowhere to park. We had a neighbor park in front of our garage one night and could not find whose car it was. I was extremely late for work that day. The office lost record of one of our rent payments. And last but definitely not least I am being overcharged for the townhome. When we moved in they were asking for $899/ month and now are charging $749/ month for the townhomes. I called the office and got a very cold explanation as to why I could not have my rent lowered. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

						Recent Review: the apartments are in good condition, but the manager of the apartments in very disrespectful and rude she has no consideration of anyones feelings or concerns. She is on of the most unpleasent people that you do not want to have contact with,so why would you put someone like that in charge as your manager??????????
