 Not bad for the money, but maintenance requests have gone unanswered for 4 months.Kids in the building have trashed the inside of the building, broken the mailboxes (which made all the tenants have to go to the post office for a month to get their mail), and constantly play in the hallway.It's very embarrassing to have guests over.There are always candy wrappers and potato chips and potato chip bags inside the building as well as in the parking lot.I would not recommend this building to anybody, probably not even my worst enemy.
