1. Abors Of Aderson
4037 Mount Carmel Tobasco
Cincinnati  OH, 45255
24.5
Recent Review:It wasn't a bad place. It's NOT in Anderson, however. We were under the impression that it was in the Forest Hills school district (within Anderson). The amenities were O.K.. The Staff was nice. They had some good programs for the kids.
2. Allendorf East
3401 Wallace Avenue #1
Cincinnati  OH, 45209
12.0
Recent Review:Not bad for the money, but maintenance requests have gone unanswered for 4 months.Kids in the building have trashed the inside of the building, broken the mailboxes (which made all the tenants have to go to the post office for a month to get their mail), and constantly play in the hallway. It's very embarrassing to have guests over. There are always candy wrappers and potato chips and potato chip bags inside the building as well as in the parking lot.I would not recommend this building to anybody, probably not even my worst enemy.
3. Anderson Ferry Landing
36 Anderson Ferry Rd.
Cincinnati  OH, 45238
13.0
Recent Review:The apartments at Anderson Ferry Landing are one years old, but the quality of the building is poor. The building manager is slow about getting in touch with tenants if their is a situation that needs to be handled right away.
4. Ashley Woods

Recent Review:Years ago, this was a great place to live. Now it is more like being in a minature Cabrini Green, or Over the Rhine at it's worst.

6. Brandychase Apartments
3969 Brandychase Way
Cincinnati  OH, 45245
51.4
Recent Review:I don't really know how to rate Brandychase.Would I recommend it to a guy just out of college? Yes.Would I let my sister live there? No way. Some of the buldings are nice and relatively new.Mine on the other hand is a little more like a 30 year old trailer in the backwoods of appalachia. For instance, you can't really see any of the vinyl siding because it's caked in mold and mildew.Make sure you look at the exact unit you are buying. It's also really really noisy.Apparently I got stuck with some sex addicts directly above me so I get to listen to squeaky floorboards three times daily. We can even hear it in our familyroom on the other side of the apartment.Safety is very little concern to management. The parking lots and sidewalks are very poorly maintained. It takes the snow crews a week to show up and they remove about a tenth of the snow.We had a pretty heavy storn and the front steps were NEVER cleared. At least not until the snow melted two weeks later. The property manager is pretty nice. There are a lot of units so you can't expect very personal service. If a fitness center is important, please look elsewhere. All of the equipment is circa 1982.The pools are really nice (lots of poorly behaved rugrats though)Despite all of the bad aspects, I didn't dislike Brandychase. You get what you pay for I guess.Rent was around $620 for a 2 bedroom. If I were paying more, I'd be really pissed.I have to admit though, it was nice having some trees around.

8. Century Lake Apartments
51 Bishopsgate Drive
Cincinnati  OH, 45246
14.0
Recent Review:The apartment that I had at Century Lake was very nice. It had a washer and dryer included so I didn't have to go to the clubhouse to do my laundry. The office staff was very friendly and the maintenance guys took care of any problems that came up in my apartment. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I was transferred with my company. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for some place nice.
9. Charleston At Blue Ash Apartme
4892 Hunt Road
Cincinnati  OH, 45242

Recent Review:The structure is veri light I can hear my neighboors having a normal conversation through my bedroom. When it snow the common areas are not salted. It has limited covered parking spaces.
10. Cincinnati Apartments Plus
2724 Observatory Avenue
Cincinnati  OH, 45208
11.0
Recent Review:I recently moved from out-of-state into a rental house managed by Cincinnati Apartments Plus (cincyrents.com).Unbeknownst to me, the last tenants vacated the property without giving notice due to flooding problems in the basement and other unresolved issues.I have been in the house for five months and have experienced three major floods in the basement leading to mold and mildew issues. The electrical box on the outside of the house has been replaced twice due to water damage. There have been major electrical problems and frequent A/C failure problems in 90 degree heat. There have also been numerous other maintenance issues - when I moved in, none of the kitchen lights worked, the garbage disposal did not work, etc, etc.Management refuses to have the basement repaired. They did remove the old carpet after I told them I had notified the Health Department but then installed new carpet without repairing the foundation issues. The new carpet is now flooded. After seeking legal advice, I have chosen to vacate this property and they are allowing me to vacate my lease and are refunding my security deposit.I have been told numerous horror stories by their own maintenance staff and the neighbors who have gone so far as to refer to Lee Robinson and the management company as "slumlords".I can only judge this company by my own personal experience but I would definitely caution anyone renting from them to beware!
