| Recent Review: | | not a good place to live or study for college students.extremely noisy. Doors slamming, loud hi-fi stereos blasting late at night. permitt illegal drug use on premises.overcrowding of to many people in one bedroom apartments.Have to deal with rowdy crack head teenagers (gang members) living on the premises.Lots of cussing and fussing going on in the hallways.Resident Manager extremely indifferent and uncaring towards tenants. I do not feel safe living on premises. Management not trained to deal with ongoing nuisances on the premises. Police had to be called to premises to help deal with nuisance problems.extremely stressful living hear. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in this complex for two years, and have had an excellent experience.One of the best features, in addition to the well-kept grounds and spacious apartments is the maintenance.Every request, small or large, was attended to within 24 hours, sometimes even within 15 minutes of me calling.The staff at Montclair in the Woods are friendly and easy to work with.They go above and beyond to maintain the complex and work around the clock to make sure it's safe (salting and plowing during early morning hours after big snow storms for example).I'm honestly sad to be leaving this place.At Montclair in the Woods you get so much more than you pay for! |
