| Recent Review: | | Apartments themselves aren't too bad, but the quality of living is horrible! The management never responds to concerns, which lets the rowdy residents do whatever they want. There have been huge parties where the front door is propped open for anyone to walk in, and all the parking spaces are taken up. I've found beer bottles outside the front door before... if you're a classy person DON'T MOVE IN. |

| Recent Review: | | I loved living at The Ravenswood!The location was perfect and the apartment had so much charm.Hardwood floors and the renovated kitchen drew me to the apartment.Unfortunately my job moved to the suburbs and so am I.I would highly recommend moving into The Ravenswood on Erie Avenue in Hyde Park. |

| Recent Review: | | In a nice area of Cincinnati, but has not been well kept up.Management and maintenance are friendly but do not always follow through with questions or concerns.Older buildings are in poor repair with little insulation and very thin walls.Exercise room has limited working equipment.Rules are not enforced.Variety of renters with some being unconcerned about maintaining and keeping their personal space cleaned up. |

| Recent Review: | | After living at Sun Valley for a year, I have decided it was totally not worth my being there.The biggest concern is the maintenance issue for Fath Properties.When I first moved in, they had ONE man for two properties and that was just ridiculous.Prior to my moving in, I requested my carpet be replaced because it was dingy-dirty and full of spots.The mgr. told me they had already cleaned the carpet but would do it again.After three soakings, it left a horrible mildew odor that did not leave.Again, I asked for replacement and informed my MGR. that I had health issues (on chemotherapy) and that the smell was keeping me sick to my stomach.NOTHING was done.Being tied into a 13mo. lease was no sunny situation, living in and paying for an apartment that smelled.Then a few mos later, the smell of cigarettes entered into my apt. and dwelled there.I asked my poperty mgr to check it out or see what could be done.It took me asking her over 3 times what was being done about it and still, there was no solution.She didn't seem to care at all about the residents' needs.It was all about money to her.I even had to pay $50 to get 4 new hubcaps on my vehicle after one of them had been stolen at the apartment site!It just seems to me, that Sun Valley wants your money and after you're there, your needs will never be met.I mean seriously, why wait 2-3 mos for something to be repaired??My Review??Stay out of the Valley...Sun Valley, that is. |

| Recent Review: | | Very nice apartments. Beautiful pool with nice lawn and lawn furniture. Very clean with nice fixtures and appliances. Near Mt Airy forest. The grounds are very nice with lots of large shade trees. The parking lot has just been resurfaced. Each apartment has its own furnace and central AC.Owner is not always on property but takes care of maintenance problems within a reasonable amount of time. The only problem is getting out on Montana Avenue from the parking lot during rush hour. During the winter snow removal is done usually fast. Very, very clean with nice fixtures and appliances. |
