 Primo Management owns and rents out the Chelsea Apts and the house next door to it. I have lived in over 6 cities and rented over 15 apartments/houses in my long life. I have lived in some of the poorest sections of Chicago and some of the better sections of Cleveland. This one is in a neighborhood that is supposed to be
