| Recent Review: | | I am in the urban planning field and not suprised to read that The Hyacinth Lofts won project of the year for 2005.It's got a great New York Feel to it--large expansive windows, exposed brick.There's the standard T-1 line and fitness room as well as some not so standard amenities like a screening room, black box space and two story community room.This is a cutting edge project located a few minutes from Downtown.My utilties are really low too.I love the project and will be here for years. |

| Recent Review: | | The MRN, ltd. management is VERY unhelpful and can get downright nasty when you ask for their help.Be cautious of management companies like MRN that provide heat for your apartment--they are VERY stingy with it--to the point that one of our neighbors repeatedly called them asking them to turn it up and they ignored her.She had to finally get an inspector to come in, witness that it was below the temperature that MRN is legally required to provide, and threaten MRN.I don't understand why people in apartment managment, specifically MRN, want to be so unhelpful and rude.It is also a very unsafe apartment.I had a homeless guy named fred who live in my covered garage.Also, someone broke into the vacant apartment below us and lived there for a while.He was discovered when the lady below that apartment heard him walking around one night and then saw urine leaking from her ceiling--the trespasser was drunk and was urinating on the floor.MRN neglected to tell us about this situation--we received an alert from the lady who lived below.this is UNACCEPTABLE!Basically, DON'T RENT FROM MRN!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I live on the first floor in the Ashwood. My ceiling started leaking and they wouldn't do anything about it. Two months later they fixed the giant hole in my ceiling that was created from the water.The bedroom wall was peeling as well.My car was broken into once and stolen another time while being parked in front of my apartment. I continuously hear sirens and gun shots. Moving here was a horrible mistake. The neighborhood is horrible and they apartment is falling apart. |

| Recent Review: | | Tower Press has got to be the best project downtown.I moved here from the West Coast and it is great to have found such a great community.The tenants are great and they seem to love to hang out on the cool back patio.The amenities are great and the resident manager is really cool. |

| Recent Review: | | Services keep on getting taken away here.First there was the security person that would sign for packages, check doors, watch the parking lot and so on.They got rid of that.So basically you'd get your packages half the time since no one would likely be here to sign for it.Just have UPS/FEDEX hold it at their place for you.Then the parking lot gate kept getting broke so any bum off the street could go piss on the wall near the door.And people would get cars dented all the time with cars they'd never see again since the gate was wide open and anyone could park inside.Parking is a nightmare since it seems there is always someone in your assigned parking spot.WTF?When the power goes out, you have to use candles since the emergency lights don't work.No peep holes in doors.Now they will not sign for packages ever.Have to get them sent to work or the main office, wherever that is.Goes on and on. |
