 The Arbors has its problems, but for the money and location there really isn't a better deal in the immediate area.Cars are broken into OFTEN, and nobody cleans up after their dogs.It is extremely close to downtown, though, and the apartments themselves are quite nice inside.Overall, it's a nice place, but I wouldn't exactly say it's
