| Recent Review: | | Back in 1999 when i moved in it was a beautiful place, since then its been a living hell, someone is always getting robbed or home invasions happen. Cars get broken in to, or they even take it.. Maintenance suxs they only stay for a while, its always diffrent people now. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in Albany Club for a year and a half and here's the rundown: DRUG DEALER for a neighbor, my CAR STOLEN, kids from neighboring houses VANDALIZING cars, a loose RAPIST, next door neighbor had her DOOR KICKED IN, THERMOSTAT BROKE in the middle of the winter, my roomate's car TOWED FOR NO REASON, tiles on kitchen floor PEELING OFF, INEPT STAFF...i can go on and on....sure there's plenty of parking BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO LEAVE THEIR CARS HERE!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The management is considerate.There is ample off street parking, and the complex is located in the southern tip of Upper Arlington.This means it is a low crime area, a great neighborhood, and close to the city, Grandview, and the OSU campus.There are only 1 bedrooms, but they can be furnished or unfurnished.The windows are new and the heat/air is included in the rent.The rent is great for the location and the leasing office is locally owned and staffed onsight.They can be slow to fix maintenance sometimes, but they are never slow on an emergency.The complex is always locked, but residents can enter any of the three outside entrances. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Ashley Village for alitte over a year, in the time, my car was broken into, my roommates, 2 neighbors and a few garages. We also had the cops knock a our door looking for robbery suspects in the area.Aside from that, the quality of carpet and appliances was sub par, the washer/dryer can only fit small items, and made a horrible sound during use.Near the end of my contract, I had a leak develope in the kitchen right above the fridge, anytime the toilet flushed about 2-3 cups of water would dump on the floor, it took well over a month, and threat of reporting the issue to the better business buero before they came to "patch" the hole, only later to cause more water damage in my bedroom where the water would now gather under the floor, then dump onto the kitchen.Of course I was charged for this damage, upon moving out, and also just realised that they had left an open charge on my credit report for the past 5 years. Upon contacting Ashley Village and the involved collection agency, I was informed it was taken care of 5 years prior, it was just never reported by Ashley Village as being paid in full. I've now cought myself in a game of Fax tag trying to get the issue resolved and off my credit report. It's odd how their mistake has caused me 2 days of faxing to get it fixed.I actually came across this website looking for their corporate office they speak of to contact them rather then go through the clerks in the office. |

| Recent Review: | | Bexley apartments are not worth to live at all, they give you cheap rent but very bad services, its always contracts for yearly terms and not flexible to break at all. Its not safe, very rude maintenance service and some dont even bother to call back even! ridiculous! The apartments smell gas all the time and so many beggars all around. No laundry service and swimming pool dirty, too adrk at night insufficient lights outside.Even after I moved out they charged me for so many bills, water sewage broken, gas bills unpaid (which I stopped calling columbia gas, they had some kind of stupid contract themselves with gas service and so the bills came to me as I was in the contract though not living there!). Too many crimes take place even though its too quiet, you arent safe at all alone at night. And when you ask them to look at it, they only laugh at you being scared!!It is spacious and quiet but not worth it when cant even listen to music as neighbous complain abt you, its not good for busy people maybe it is for retired ones. |
