| Recent Review: | | This review is in regards to the Kohr Royer Griffiths agency, rather than my individual unit as they manage many units throughout Columbus. I have had an unusually good experience as their tennant. All concerns were resolved promptly and I was even cut a $100 check for inconveince with a plumbing issue. Can't say the same about any other agency in the area! They are respectful of my privavy, rent is reasonable and they didn't raise it when I renewed my lease. My apartment is dated and I won't be staying another year...but I'll be staying with KRG. |

| Recent Review: | | My fiance and myself chose Lexington Park Apts. because it was down the street and a rent special was going on.We were in a hurry to move and that's the biggest mistake you can decide on, trust me!We have lived out our 13 month lease and are on month to month currently.By this time the apartment has fallen apart bit by bit, the noise level is intolerable, not enough parking for your OWN vehicle at YOUR OWN APARTMENT, car burglaries, drunken crowds and trashed lawns from the partiers.Lots of children with no supervision running around a lot- especially in the work out facilities that don't allow unsupervision.Not to mention bugs of all specicies--roaches, ants, silverfish, and god's knows what else burrowing in the walls where cracks are between the mildew tiles in the bathroom.Maintenance residence mngrs are slow to respond and also blames you.And to add to this, they do not come back to finish the job. |

| Recent Review: | | The place was never cleaned before I moved in, there were dead ants and bugs on the windows along with what looked like dried pop on the windows.There was an empty soda bottle with mold around it.The kitchen counter top could almost be lifted off it's settings.The toliet was broke, and it took 4 days before they were out to fix it....Run |

| Recent Review: | | The facility is becoming run down, and not worth the amount of rent charged.The buidlings and appliances are becoming out of date.When making requests for things to be fixed allow for a few weeks and hope the problem doesn't become worse.It will take management a few weeks to get around to taking care of the problem.As for the amenities, don't let anyone fool you: the tennis courts are old and need a lot of work. Basically, if you plan on playing bring your duct tape to hold up the net.Along with the tennis courts being out dated, the fitness center is a joke.The machines are old and barely work.The indoor pool is nice, but small. On another note, be prepared for your neighbors to hear everything you do because the walls are paper thin.The neighbors can hear everything you do and vice versa. Overall, my stay at Meadow View has been poor. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved into Olentangy Commons, I was stunned at how beautiful the apartments are for the relatively cheap price.The grounds are mature, with huge trees, and the apartments, although fairly old, have been well taken care of and are in good shape.My roommates and I have had several maintinance problems, but they were fixed incredibly fast and with courtesy.My only yet BIG complaint is my neighbors.They are loud, obnoxious, and frequently have noisy parties until all hours of the night on weekdays.And this isn't limited to my neighbors.These people are all over.This is because of Olentangy Common's proximity to many different universities.So, if you're looking for a nice place for a fair price and don't mind noise, come live here.But if you need your sleep and prefer quiet, I'd look somewhere else. |

| Recent Review: | | For Village area of apartments:Not bad for security, given the deadbolt locks and indoor hallway entrances.At least enough parking for one car [and a second car if also renting a garage for extra charge], although I don't have a car of any kind.Also guest parking pass for guest, but no motorboats allowed and probably no RVs allowed either, though.Pretty good appearance on outside with no more than minor litter, but some mold problems inside.Other than mold problem, maintenance was pretty good, fixed toilet problems, replaced refrigerator, orkin persons occasionally came to add baits to control pharoah ant populations.Condition was pretty good at move-in; however, a few areas of paint peeling, and gas heater knobs (to control heat flow, thus indirectly, home heating bill(s)) very very hard to turn, though!As for noice, occasional noice from adjacent apartments, lot quieter when you keep windows shut, but then again, some street noise can be welcome occasionally.Good-enough place to live, if you don't mind paying above-average rental costs for the age of apartments.Location is only a block away from the nearest major grocery store, especially if you can't afford a car yet for carrying groceries.. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is you typical older apartment complex. There has been a few problems with things but the staff are quick to fix things and very courteous. These apartments are definitely worth the money if you dont mind not have all the amenities that a newer complex would have like a workout facility or pool. Other than that, its a decent place with a small price tag. |

| Recent Review: | | I will never again rent from this company, they are the worst slumlords I've ever had the misfortune of coming in contact with. They can't keep acurate records to save their life, and god forbid you need anything fixed if you can get it done you attitude with it. |
