| Recent Review: | | I live in a two bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse for $575 a month. The place is quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves but there are some negatives. My tires/wheels were stolen from my car on Thanksgiving, 3 months after moving in, a weird orange mold grows on everything that's more than a day old, and the dishwasher seems like it's one of the first models manufactured.There isn't enough parking near the townhouse so sometimes there's a little walk to your place.The athletic club costs an arm and a leg so there's no reason to work them out. |

| Recent Review: | | I used to like living here, until i got some obnoxious neighbors. The walls in the apartment buildings are paper thin. You cough and the neighbor pounds on the wall. The price is a little outrageous for the size of my one bedroom apartment, and they're always raising the bills. You pay some weird bill called RUBS that seems to go towards nothing. Water leaked this winter into the hallway and its been smelling like mold for weeks. Dont even think about comming home after 10pm you'll never find a spot to park. They have towing signs up but they never do so people park where ever they feel like it. Im moving as soon as my lease is up. |

| Recent Review: | | The day I went to move in a squatter was living there!Called office manager (David Bruns... a complete idiot regarding building management.. sorry David) said he couldnt do anythign and had no idea he was there... come on, the guy had an extension cord running down the hall for electricity for 2 weeks.The biggest problem is that these are condos not regular apts so u have to call your own landlord to fix problems.. my landlord atleast took care of the mess left by the squatter.the squatter moved out the next day after some angry talkin by me.The rest of the time it was ok, although my windows did not open and i woudl always smell the rest of the building.. usually pine*sol or burnt asian cuisine.This isnt typical of every unit tho as each unit is pretty unique since the landords prepare them differently.A friend of mine has a nice place with hardwood flooring and looks very very nice overall.Its annoying not being able to just hand the main office your rent check and having to mail it to your landlord. The time I was there, the office management was pretty awful.its overpriced for the amenities, but youre definitely paying for location above all else, and it does have a good location. |

| Recent Review: | | Runaway Bay is perfect, very affordable, great location and the lake is fantastic for floating, boating, fishing or playing with your dog. I love living here, the staff is really nice and the maintenance staff is more than you could hope for. MOVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | After three years of living here, I have seen the place have its ups and downs.At one point our ceiling was leaking water- the unites are fairly old, and in need of some remodeling.We were told to use the Athletic Club to take showers, never offered another solution.The HUGE bonus is the Athletic Club membership- which my husband and I love.I have new neighbors who are awful- loud, obnoxious college BOYS that blast music until 3 in the morning.The walls are not very soundproof, I would recommend that you file notices with the office, and file complaints.I have had a really good experience with getting other things fixed in the apartment, and always in a timely fashion. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is something else.Not to mention not being "socially conscious", the maintenance is indesriably slow and half of the time, the work is performed in a shoddy manner.I came very close to taking them to court and/or breaking the lease on leasing grounds after contacting the BBB.They never cleaned up after the snow fell during the winter time making driving through here a nightmare!Someone almost kicked in both of my doors trying to break in fefore someone finally called the police.The windows are set so low that if prohibits walking around nude with the drapes open and it makes breaking in so much easier. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for two years now, and I am moving out next week.The only reason I am moving is to be with my boyfriend at polaris.I have enjoyed my time here.I have a two bedroom townhouse with a half basement, Plenty of space.The maintence staff usually comes the same day for any maintance calls.I used to live in Thurber Manor, where it took 2 weeks for maintance calls.The management staff here is very friendly.Parking can be an issue, if you come home late at night; but I have always found a spot.Never had any fears of saftey on the lot.As a female, I probably shouldn't be walking behind buildings late at night by myself; but thats just how safe I feel.Its a great location, next to the arena district, short north, Victorian villiage, and near OSU.I would recommend this place to anyone! |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are horrible. As the first reviewer said, they try to camoflouge behind the commercial restaurants and buildings, but they are terrible. Someone has been raped here as well as, other crimes have been committed. People don't clean up after their pets or themselves.Bugs are frequent in the apartments. People are disrespectful and inconsiderate to other neighbors.The management and maintenance is horrible.A few of the management are pety and prejudice. They don't want to do their jobs. People are just ghetto and triflin'.If you want to cause yourself stress, then, move here. |
