| Recent Review: | | I lived here for one year and enjoyed it.It's one of the few places in the area that accepts dogs.My apartment was very clean, maintenance was prompt and helpful, the staff was friendly, and the grounds were neat and pretty.Overall, our neighbors were friendly and quiet. My favorite thing about the apartment was the thick walls- I NEVER heard a peep out of our neighbors. The only downfall was the excessive amount of our security deposit they kept, and our unability to reach the staff once we'd moved out. |

| Recent Review: | | Good - the people are friendly. The grounds and lobbys are nice.Security is friendly and fair. There are big storage boxes in the basement, as well as a total of 3 work out rooms.Location is GREAT- near the xpressway and Rocking on the River.Pizza in the lobby twice a month, $6.Overall, it's ok for me, but not for everyone.Bad - my stove and refrigerator are old (70s?), and I heard as long as they run at all, won't get replaced.Getting things fixed can take repeated requests and longer waits than what should be.Don't count on storing anything in your storage place unless you don't care if it picks up the awful smell down there.God help the people with basement apartments!Laundry is $1 wash and $1 dry - after you spend $3 on a card to run the machines (don't lose the card - can reload).Yes, there is a game room - but you have to hand over your driver's licence and get a key.If the office isn't open, you can't get it.The work out rooms are better in the building with the office, and all of them require a badge to get in.If you forget to badge out, you have to get the office to reset your badge before you can use it again.Once again - if the office is closed, you just have to wait. While the lobbies are well kept, the halls look a little shabby, and so does the carpet and the kitchen/bath cabinets. Not wheel-friendly.If you are in a wheelchair, use a stroller, or use a cart to bring in groceries, you have at least a couple of steps no matter what door you use.Nickle/Dime game - rent plus water, plus trash, plus some for the garage, plus pet fee, plus pet deposit,... |
