 Apartments too small for the price you pay!Utilities are reasonable, but Riverside city taxes are outrageous!Community is small but there are many unwelcome elements in the area (noisy/inconsiderate tenants, noise from Valley Street/Harshman, not to mention the noise from the fire/police station right down the street)and many apartments need updating and/or work on the features and the appliances.
