If you want to live in a place where you have no rights this is it. Management will not enforce any rules in the complex. Loud music, loud tenants, moving in at 3 am, drugs, theft, prostitution it's all here at Meadows of Catalpa. If this is what your looking for at what used to be a premier complex move right in. If the unit under you are smokers, guess what you will inhale second hand smoke, if the unit above you walk around on the floor, creak, creak, creak. | | | | |
