| Recent Review: | | This management of this small 8 unit apartment was taken over in 2004 by GGC Realty out of Cincinnati, then purchased in 2005.Prior to that the small complex was run by a very efficient and a "hands on" kind of owner.Since GGC took over this complex has gone downhill fast.I personally have witnessed drug traffic at all hours of the night.The quality of the most recent renters leaves much to be desired.They are young people who drive very expensive cars.If you enjoy people coming and going at all hours of the day and night and not offended by loud rap music then this is the place for you.I had both vehicles broken into in a 3 day time period.Resident guests are totally inconsiderate of those who live there.A very terrible place to call home.Repairs are attempted, but rarely taken care of.It took over a year to get downstairs main entrance door fixed and it's still not right.Assigned parking is ignored.The beautiful grounds are falling into disrepair.Management headquarters is out of town and very nonresponsive.DO NOT RENT |

| Recent Review: | | With these people, get EVERYTHING repaired right away, and make sure they document EVERYTHING you do and EVERYTHING they agree to do. They forced me to pay for carpet damage that was already in the apartment when I moved in because the property manager failed to document my move-in checklist. Turns out that she didn't document ANYTHING that she had worked out with me. GET IT IN WRITING AND MAKE DUPLICATE COPIES!!! |

| Recent Review: | | You have to be careful with the Managment Office if you drop off your rental payment during the last day of the 3 day grace period they act like they did not get it until a day later so they can try and collect an additional $50.00. |

| Recent Review: | | I first lived here in 1998 while attending Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology and stayed until 2000 when I moved back to my home state.In 2004, when I returned to Ohio, I didn't even consider any other place.They are under new management now, but still manitain the same professional atmosphere. I always got my full deposit back from them, their mantienence was excellent, they fixed problems right away. It's quiet and reasonably priced.I had a one bedroom (the Kent) and I loved that it felt like my own little home!!Plenty of parking, swimming pool and fitness center are good assets. I would gladly talk to anyone about this complex!! It comes highly reccomended. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved in, I was going by past reputation of this complex, from years ago....Things have changed...If you have a late model car...You can believe it will be stolen....They used to be picky on the residence and now dope boys and rapist and argueing neighbors are to be expected....There has been somethings missing from my apt by maintenance, when I first moved in...They changed management and that never happened again....I pay 579.00 a month for rent and 24.00 month or water...The stair well are filthy...It is not worth it.....I'm moving |

| Recent Review: | | Where do I begin to tell you how horrible it is to live in this Facility. If you want to live in a place where you have no rights this is it. Management will not enforce any rules in the complex. Loud music, loud tenants, moving in at 3 am, drugs, theft, prostitution it's all here at Meadows of Catalpa. If this is what your looking for at what used to be a premier complex move right in. If the unit under you are smokers, guess what you will inhale second hand smoke, if the unit above you walk around on the floor, creak, creak, creak. |

| Recent Review: | | I agree with the first review. The model I was shown had some flaws but nothing like the one I moved into. The biggest problem is the insulation. I saw my electric bill go from 90.00 with the air on all the time, to 182.00 each winter month and some of those months we didn't even turn the heat past 65 degrees! All I got were excuses. It should have dawned on me that all the neighbors had thick plastic around their windows in the fall. The apartments are way, way over priced. The second, is the damn geese. The complex does nothing but tell us not to feed them. Plus, with the combination of dogs, don't even think about walking in the grass, you'll be ankle deep in crap. Unless you really need to live in the area take a look around, so you don't get suckered like I did. |
