| Recent Review: | | I lived at Pines for a year and I wanted to go for a month to month at the time of 1year lease expiration. They hiked the month to month price by $70.00.For one of my neighbor, they hiked it by $25.00 only. I just don't understand why the heck is the descrimination. And also when I notified them I want to vacate the apt, they said I need to give 60 day notice. Why would I take a month to month if it is 60 day notice? They verbally told me I need to give a 30 day notice.Folks at rental office are tough to work with and they are not friendly and not flexible. Even though I enjoyed living here, keeping in mind the strings attached to lease.. I would ask the future renters to watch out for the various clauses and make sure you get some thing in written. |
