| Recent Review: | | If you are looking for an apartment with maintance issues, poor ventiliation, outdated fixtures and wiring, old appliances and carpet, an aging mainaince man, leaking water pipes, POOR snow and ice removal, sticking and broken seals on windows, low water pressure and ZERO hot water after a few minutes, cauking that was placed over bathtub mold and mildew so you can't clean it, thin walls and ceilings, "Cable tv" that is really only a satilite dish that goes out when it rains to hard, and a small space for the price than this place is for YOU!!!In one year we had our ceiling light in the kitchen fall down and shatter 3 glass domes all over the floor, one whole wall's electrical outlets stop working for a week, then fix themselves, a cable jack that wasn't connected inside the wall, tile that was falling off the wall in the bathroom, a toliet that needed 3 service calls in one year for old parts and problems, a window that we couldn't lock due to broken seals, and the grand daddy of them all a water line that broke under the kitchen sink that flooded out our living room and kitchen for a whole day while we were at work.WE PAID DOUBLE RENT FOR 2 MONTHS IN ORDER TO MOVE INTO A NEW APARTMENT AND OUT OF THAT DISASTER WHEN MANOR PARK REFUSED TO LET US BREAK OUR LEASE DUE TO THE PROBLEMS.DON'T LIVE HERE!!! |
