| Recent Review: | | Nice Apartment; it is a townhome with a full basement which someone can live in or great for storage.The only drawback is that their is NO parking for guests.The parking situation has made living in this apartment unbearable. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Breckenridge because I wanted a two bedroom apartment, and it was cheap enough for me to afford. I had just started a job and money was tight. Every other place I have ever lived and every other business I have ever dealt with have worked with me if I was upfront about money situations. Breckenridge on the other hand does not like to be helpful. When I approached them my first month explaining that I wasn't going to receive a check until a week after rent was do, they said everything would be okay and not to worry. The day after rent was due I received an oddly threatening letter on my door stating that I had been fined and if I did not pay within a couple days I would be evicted. They attempted to call my cell that same day while I was at work and since I did not answer they decided to call my cosigner (my father) but when my mother answered they decided to tell my mother how her son was a waste and that I didn't pay my bills and that this would hurt her and my fathers credit. We are a military family and my mother does not accept being talked down to, but when the caller realized she was offending my mother she decided to call us poor (my dad makes 6 figures due to 25 years in the military and retiring to civil service at a pay comparable to a Brigadier General) then the caller hung up on my mother. I was appalled and talked with the corporate owners of the complex (who are the only ones I deal with now).....to make a long story short I move out in a month and will be a much happier man.Breckenridge is great if you like being hassled and enjoy not having anything work. Maintenance is run by a kind yet simple minded man who simply is not qualified for his job. The girl (Sara) in the office is extremely kind which made it hard to be angry when they pissed me off. Anyhow, please avoid this place I understand that people who don't pay rent on time often say this, but I'm telling you the truth (and that first month was my only late month) take it or leave it.(Move somewhere else)DaveLevel 3 SupportTime Warner Cable - Western Ohiosuddud@gmail.com if you have questions |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment complex looks great.BUT after living here for 3 months I have realised that most of the people living here seem to be drunk.I have seen beer bottles ,and beer cans thrown around on the grass and the parking areas.I have seen guys getting drunk in their patios and throwing one beer can after another right from the 3rd floor patio onto the ground below!The biggest problem however is the narrow parking areas.The parking areas are so narrow ,that my car already has a side-view mirror destroyed one week ,and a deep side dent another week .And who-ever did it didn't have the decency to leave their insurance information.Guess they were extremely drunk!I suppose the apt complex wants u to rent their closed garage,hence they have made the parking spaces narrow.Would not advise this place,unless you would want to spend an additional money on closed parking garage and are okay with beer cans around the place! |

| Recent Review: | | We rented a 1BR for our daughter who goes to Wright State.These units are worse than bootcamp.The walls are all cinderblocks.It is very cold in winter as there must not be any insulation.The windows and doors are full of crevices that create winter drafts.The electric in the winter is over $130/month to keep warm.There are bugs, bugs, and more bugs, and the spiders are chasing the bugs.These would be worth maybe $299/per monthnot $465 |
