Recent Review: The apartments are pretty, and that's about it.In the winter, the parking lot never gets salted, it can become very slippery.Property manager is very rude.I had a friend that moved out and her apartment was in PERFECT condition, this girl was a total neat-freak, and she received NONE of her deposit back.They charged her $35 for removal of a nail in the wall and she never even used nails!!They only have a one year lease available, which really sucks.Even after your first year, you have to sign another one year lease or you can rent month-to-month for $50 extra.... EACH MONTH.There is no type of security.My car has been hit with paintballs twice.I can't wait until my second lease is over.
