| Recent Review: | | When we moved in we found that the carpets had not been cleaned, the previous renters were suppost to do that and if they didn't then to bad. The tile in the kitchen was damages, the dishwasher was to small for the opening as it was replaced and it moves, it also doesn't clean. We were told there was security and our garage was broken into, this took 3 days to fix. Rent is due on the first and late fees are accessed on the 2nd, if you try to make arrangements to the office it depends on the day, you are told a different thing depnding on the managers mood. They will file an eviction within 9 days after the first of the month. This is a policy of all Casto realestate holdings so I would avoid dealing with a company that cares as much as they do. They call it a luxury appartment, I cannot see how as they overcharge for what they have, when you move in you are required to list the items wrong. Not one time did any one contact us to fix the issues that we found, there is a lot more that I can talk about however my bexst advice is to find someplace else to live. |
