| Recent Review: | | Overall, not so bad, my toilet runs nearly constantly, even after they were there to repair it within a couple weeks after I moved in. Neighbors are noisy, cars are noisy, but that's apartment life, right??Not happy at all with NO flexibility in the lease to upgrade from 1 BR to 2BR due to all of the buildings being owned by different people. So take this into consideration if you are looking at renting a 1 BR. Opt to eat cereal for one week a month to offset the expense of a second bedroom/bathroom, it is worth it for the space.I probably won't be renewing the lease, even though the location isgreat for eating and grocery stores and the commute to downtown isn't so bad.And forget about the pool- it is so small and always so crowded. |
