| Recent Review: | | Flagship Management, owners of Celeron Suites, are unwilling to work with people. There were problems within the apartment, fixture problems, that has not been fixed.There is no hallway cleaning, and owners are uncooperative. |

| Recent Review: | | paper thin walls, construction going on at all hours of the day, no heat in the winter, bathrooms falling apart, terrible parking, practically no maintenance.Once I requested they fix my heating pipes that were being extremely loud and that was 2 months ago and nobody has shown up yet ( I've went down there and requested twice ).I advise you live ANYWHERE else other than this, even living in your car would be better. |

| Recent Review: | | I would not recommend it at all.We have a new manager, and she is completely unprofessional.You can NEVER get a hold of her.I wanted to renew my contract and she delivered the first contract with mistakes on it.Then she promised to correct the mistakes and deliver the new contract, which had mistakes again.So the third time she totally forgot about it, I was trying to get a hold of her and then a day before my lease would expire I was still not sure whether I would have a place to stay the next day or not.I made an appointment with her and was very lucky to catch her before she left and while I was in the office another tenant entered with the same problem.I asked her to repair a drawer, it never happened.So, if you have time to waste on hunting down the manager, so that nothing can get done, then this is the place for you.Sorry, I have a job I need to attend to, I pay enough money in rent to get good service from the manager.The previous manager understood this and was a hardworking, people-loving person.Cannot say the same anymore. |

| Recent Review: | | The former residents in my unit didn't disconnect her phone service from the phone company. I cannot install my phone number. I need the management office to prove to the telephone company that I am a new resident. The management officer refuse to do that and claim that they don't have any responsibility to help me. Thus i didn't have any phone to use for several months. Except charging money, the management office didn't do anything. Also the building condition was terrible. I kept being awaken by my upstair neighbor every day at 2:00am. |

| Recent Review: | | Lived at Pinewood my senior year at KSU and stayed another couple of years while I worked in Cleveland.It was a long drive to Cleveland (45 minutes), but worth the trip.I can't stand living in the big city and Pinewood's really like living in the country. |

| Recent Review: | | I really liked living at Pinewood Apartments.The apartments are well maintained.The property manager is real friendly and knows everyone by name.I could park right outside my front door.Really nice park attached to the property with a lake you can go bass fishing.Will miss living at Pinewood.Everyone was real friendly there.Bye to all my friends at Pinewood.Bill Wesley |
