| Recent Review: | | This complex is terrible, its messy, the halls are dark, poorly lit and smell of cat urine.They have had issues with cars getting damaged, stolen.2 years ago there was a meth lab which got busted by the Kettering police.The management is weak, will not answer the phone, and never fix anything.All they care about are keeping the front apt units looking nice for marketing-sake, then the rest are dumps.The maintenance folks are overworked, and are not that good, having to come back mulitple times to fix the same issue. |

| Recent Review: | | DON'T MOVE HERE!IT'S DIRTY AND MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST.I LIVED IN A UNIQUE 3 BEB/2 BATH AND 1/2 FLOOR PLAN.WHAT A MISTAKE!IT IS BY FAR "THE WORST" PLACE TO LIVE.ONLY ONE OF THE 3 TOILETS WORKED.YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE KITCHEN TO GET TO THE MASTER BEDROOM.FIRE HAZARD!!!!!!BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL BE SHARING THE VENTS WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS.MY NEIGHBOR WAS A POT SMOKER/PAINT INHALER OR WHATEVER YOU MAY WANT TO CALL IT, WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I INHALED EVERYTHING THAT CAME THROUGH THE VENTS.THE MASTER BEDROOMS TEMPERATURE CAN ONLY BE CONTROLL BY YOU NEIGHBOR. THE WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, OR CLOSE WHEN YOU DO GET THEM OPEN. MAINTANENCE COMES IN WHENEVER THE WANT, WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.I NEVER NEW THIS SITE EXISTED, BUT I WISH I COULD HAVE WARNED EVERYONE CONSIDERING TO MOVE HERE, A LONG TIME AGO.MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE.IT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BUT THE FACT IS THAT THE FLOORPLANS ARE NOT EVER GOING TO CHANGE.DRIVE BY AT NIGHT.I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT ONE OF THE OTHER ROOMS HAD A VENT WITHOUT AC OR HEAT.BASICALLY, ONLY ONE ROOM WAS OK. DO NOT MOVE HERE............. |

| Recent Review: | | Susan was a great sales person. If you want to look at the model by yourself. I think the employees just want a paycheck their not concern about the overall appreance of the actual rented aptments because the model is a 360 degree prefect look. Not to mention before signing the least I asked Susan, if the things I notice that could use a little touch up be done! ie: new refrigator, bath floor, sand paint on walls(that was chipping off walls and door frame), because a 80 yr old man paints all aparments in the dark and vanish hardwood floors by pouring bucket and leaving it to dry. Lets not talk about the basement. I tell you when I say, "I was thrilled by the model twice but disappointed in the end. |
