Recent Review: waterford village is such a joke. they are over priced for the treatment you will get. the mantance is by far the worst i have ever seen, they dont shovel side walks untill 5 pm they plow snow in to the side of your car. there is never any parking spaces. when your time to move out you will be charged for carpet, they charge you for everything over and under the sun. the office staff are all stuck up and un caring. my son broke his arm on the ice when going to his bus. they did even do anything about the ice. so my advise to tiy go else where to live. in the winters its so cold you cant sit on the floor b/c the cold will sweep across the floor. i have a 11 month old that wants to play and she cant b.c its way to cold. the windows dont seal. the carpet is so cheap when you walk acrossed it a few times it looks so dirty, we lived here 3 months and had to get new carpet,
