| Recent Review: | | This place has gone from "good" to "very bad" in last couple of years. Lived here for 10 years but everything is going down-hill. The property office staff that is supposed to help the tenants is inadequate, inexperienced, unprofessional, careless, slow, rude, and overall awful. Due to lack of staff when someone from the leasing office is handling the property office they also behave the same way with tenants. They are very unprofessional and are not willing to listen to the tenants! The maintenace staff is also not co-operative and do a poor job.There does not seem to be any security on site. Last year someone broke-in into the tenant's extra storage area and many tenants lost their stuff. Instead of telling the tenants about the break-in the Midtown Towers Office changed the locks of the storage without telling the tenants about what happened! This is unbelievable but very true.The management is very very slow in taking care of pot-holes. It takes them almost half a year to fill the pot-holes.Overall, Midtown Towers has not been able to provide even the basic level of service which is definitely not expected from Forest City Management! |
