| Recent Review: | | I move in Feb, of 2004 and I have yet to have a problem.EVERYONE is nice (management, maintenace etc.)I had some financial problems with having my son and they worked extremely hard to help me out.Whenever I needed anything fixed, maintenace was there asap.There just great, for a single family, college student(s), retired couple, for anyone.There very spacious!One and a half bathroom in a flat!!! I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex.It's great!!! I am definitely signing another lease!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in the project for going on two years and looking forward to the day that I can free myself from this property. The management and policies are inconsistent and the maintenance is unreal.On May 18th there was a fire in my apartment. It took the management company until the 16th of June to start the work (while never offering to relocate me)! As of July 21st the work is still not done and the City Office of Code Enforcement is talking of condeming the apartment. I have spoken to the regional manager who agrees that there is no excuse for the delay but still has offered no resolution. |

| Recent Review: | | The Management Team at Muirwood is un-professional as well as the staff.They listen to certain tenants, one in particular that has lived here for awhile.It's very child like sometimes..Also, if your healthy and young, you'll get a garage that is too far away and very inconvenient to use.They do say the squeeky wheel get its way, well this is true if you live in Muirwood, depending on who you are. Other than this, the apartment itself is nice, but could be updated. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been here for only 5 months and I can't wait to move.Management was great at first, but now are hardly around.Since I've been here, they have gone through a couple new apartment managers, and the current one seems like a moron.The neighbor above me literally came from hell.She complained about noise on a Saturday night about 9pm, and it wasn't even loud, the tv was the only thing on.But it is ok for her to stomp around every day like a galloping horse???And the parking....we have 1 assigned spot and an open one next to that for guests.There have been more than three times that I had to leave a note on a person's car b/c they decided to be inconsiderate.I hate this place.Also, traffic is horrible out here. |
