Recent Review: I have lived here for a year and a half. It is a decent apartment for the price.The apartment I live in is fairly quiet, but sometimes the kids in the area can get a bit noisy. I have found during the summer months, kids hang outside with nothing to do.We had quite a few issues with water leaking from our bathroom to our downstairs neighbor and water leaking from the radiating heaters on the walls. They turn off the heat from May - late Sept, so if you run into some cold days you better have some electric heaters. The lights in our building went out way too much. I wouldn't know until I came home and the clocks were blinking, so I had no idea how long the power was out or if my food was safe.They do pay water and heat for you, so your bills may be a bit cheaper.
