Recent Review: While this complex shows well, beware. The walls and flooring have only minimal insulation, so my unit is quite cold, especially when the wind blows. The sound travels well through the floors and walls. You can hear cars starting, tenants above walking and the like. Property Management turns a deaf ear toward noise complaints once your lease is signed.Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner (if they aren't misplaced).
