Recent Review: Overall Clarkwood Greens is a nice community for those individuals looking for convenience as the complex is in a very central location. However, if you have teenage children I would not recommend you select this community. In the 3 years I have lived there I have seen the teens hanging around the complex with nothing to get into but mischief. The public school system leaves much to be desired but it is a step up from Cleveland. As with any apartment complex noise can sometimes be a problem with children playing inside the buildings. However a call to security will take care of that. All-in-all this is a nice complex, nicely priced and very conveniently located.
