| Recent Review: | | I just love my apartment and no one is paying me to say this. I wish it was a condo so I could buy it.It is peaceful and I have a great veiw.Management is nice and they are always helpful.The only down side are mosquitos in the summer. |

| Recent Review: | | The biggest problem is lack of people at the office. This is a pretty big complex and during the year I was there, most of the time only one person was in the office. Usually I was the third person in line with a question, issue etc. People looking for apartment always took priority over me. Do not leave a message on answering machine as you will never get a call back. You lucky if they call you back even if you talk to someone. I called about my security deposit and still waiting for someone to call me.Every correspondence to you start with "Unfortunetly we have no choice but to bring charges against you for the following reason...;.." The funny thing that I never owed money to themn, but any letter informing me about anytrhing regarding the complexstarts with that letterhead. It continues that after they bring xcharges against you, they will also request deduction from your income at your empoyer. I wasn't even moved in yet, when I got this letter confirming my move in that. You can amaige that they scared the sh..t out me. Once I had to call my lawer to make sure they really not asking anything for me, it is just some info.The lawn is pretty good, but the roads are very very bad. Big potholes, I mean loosing alignment on your car is not uncommon. Drive slowly!. Very slowly. The two pools are ok, nice lawnchairs around the pool. Do not expect them to refill the gas for the grill at the pool. They promised me a couple of times, but never did. At this time the complex is verty underutilized, not many occupants. My building had ten apartments with only five occupied. The three level building are high without elevater, so climbing up to the third floor is a good excercide especially with grocery.The complex is quiet, but te Walmart supercenter is opening this year just cross the street, so I'm sure that the noise and smog will greatly increase. |
