| Recent Review: | | pros- great neighborhood to live in, the staff was helpful with all problems in a better than expected time frame, close to shopping centers (polaris mall and easton mall),accessing 161 @ hamilton rd is now open, I would recommend this place. Relocated closer to columbus due to personal needs.cons- pool too small, getting to work from 161 into columbus area can sometimes be frustrating(too much traffic coming in from newark area, (((but this problem is not albany commons fault by any means, just something to think about when moving into this area. (between 8-10am daily-weekly) |

| Recent Review: | | First off I have seen at least 10 cars broken into.Second the walls are so thin that I can literally hear my neighbor turn on their lightswitch.Third, I have called maintenance 3 times to come fix my doorknob which is about to fall off and they havent come yet.Then they give me a 25 dollar fine for havin my garbage can next to my house out of the way instead of in the garage.This just happened to coincide with them puttin new roofs on the apartments.This is a very bad place to live and I cannot wait to move. |

| Recent Review: | | We lived here for two years while investing money in the stock market to buy our first house. The ugly, wrinkled brown carpet resembled a shar pei, one of the buildings burned to the ground because of a cracked fireplace insert, and neighbors' siding frequently melted when confronted with out-of-control grills. (Lighter fluid overload)My personal favorite was the lack of even a cheap range hood. Boiling water for pasta required two oscillating fans in strategic locations to avoid setting off the fire alarm.The plastic spite fences down the middle ofnarrow shared yards were unbelievable.We had an alarm system even in the garage and experienced no problems. At the time we lived here the complex straddled Columbus/Westerville/Worthington, so city services required speed dial.Voting was another mystery.Needless to say, we couldn't wait till our lease was up! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for almost a year and left before my lease term ended due to they way mgmt runs the property.First off the untis are constructed cheaply. They are supposively fire protected but I can hear everything from the other units. The walls are thin and the floors creak ALL THE TIME!Another issue is the smell of cooking form the other units. The unit under me cooks curry all the time (them cooking is not the issue) and it seeps through the walls and mkaes our place reek.The guy above me even filed a complaint.Now if each unit is totally seperate form one another then I should not smell anything. Mgmt said they could nothing about, nothing, they had no remedies.PLEASE - slum property.Prior to this my winndows leaked for three months becuase they were waiting for the company who they contracted to maintain the units.Three months - slum property. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for.I also noticed the influx of Indian people moving into the community and considering what I experienced so will every other unit there.DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS A SLUM COMMUNITY WITH AN INEFFICIENT/INCOMPENTENT STAFF. |

| Recent Review: | | To make a long story short these townhomes are spacious and in a great location, but the new management company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I've lived in 3 other rental situations.When it came time to renew our lease last year we left multiple messages and spoke to mulitple people about renewing our lease, but were never contacted to come over and sign the updated copy.Eventually we got a nasty letter saying that if we didn't renew soon we'd be expected to be moved out in 30 days.What?The management company apologized for the miscommunication and said it wouldn't happen again.Recently we had another problem that needed to be addressed by management.I tried to stop by the office 5 times during business hours over a 2 week period and the property manager was never available and never followed up with me.I escalated the problem to her manager and was given excuses, but no real assistance.When I asked to talk to her manager I was told the she |

| Recent Review: | | We lived here for a few months now and really like it. We chose Remington Station after viewing numerous others in the area with disappointment. The apartments are some of the largest in Columbus but rent is very reasonable. Every issue we have encountered has been taken care of quickly and without hassle. The office staff are top notch. |

| Recent Review: | | I'd live here forever if my nieghbor would quiet down!Complaints: can hear everything thru walls and ceilings (next door neighbor loud music shakes the plates on my dining room wall) (rental office and corp office AIMCO has yet to resolve after several complaints via phone and emails), many large dog owners not cleaning upafter their pets, parking is horrible- so don't work a late shift or you'll need to park a few buildings downPerks: THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE WONDERFUL-LIFE SAVERS- helped me when a woman tried to steal my car! if my neighbor is out partying it's quiet, location is on the golf course, has a large fenced doggie run area, my one bedroom apartment has a large bathroom with a wonderful tub, large bedroom and walk-in closet is wonderfully large, actual wood cabinet and closet doors- feels homey. |
