Recent Review: this is an okay place to live the leasing office is nice before and after occupancy. although they say the walls are concrete thick you can hear voices and toilet flushing and water running when you are in the bathroom. you have to pay a small gas bill every month for eat and cooking. all they pay is water and sewer. but it is extremely affordable. outrageous cat fee. if you live on a high floor the elevators run okay. spacious and alot of room for one person in a one bedroom. newly remodeled very nice bathroom and kitchen. new carpet. downside in the winter it's very cold and always windy. they don't plow very well and don't salt so it's icy. they plow your cars in so depending on what kind of car you have you'll be stuck. the windows let cold air seep in so you'll have to cover them in the winter. you have to get there early for a decent parking spot and there are cars that never leave and just sit there. overall it's okay i won't stay there when my lease is up in oct 2005
