Recent Review: These apartments, are I have to say the nicest looking ones in all of wilmington, although they are pretty small. Me and my fiance have a lot of things, so it isn't for us! We have a 4 year old son and another one on the way, so this place won't work for us. The living room is about the size of a big bathroom, which is actually really small for a living room. The landlords, well, i am not sure what to say about them. They're OK i guess. We just don't seem to see eye to eye. The price on the apartments are excellent
