| Recent Review: | | If you want to live somewhere where Maintenance never fixes your problems this is the place.My nine month lease is almost up and I have yet to see a maintenance man in our apartment fixing things we requested when we first moved in.Other than that everything else is fairly average. |

| Recent Review: | | Over the phone, they told me the apartments were in great shape, and required that I put a deposit to hold one.To make a long story short...we get here, from a longggg drive and the apartment is in terrible shape, stinks to high hell, and a few others they showed us were just as bad.Cat, or dog urine smells coming from the carpet, spiderwebsin most places, not a good place inside.In fact we had a headache from the smells by the time we got out of the apartment.Not to mention the outside walkways were buckled in most places.I am not sure how people can get appliances into these places.About the deposit...they wouldn't return it because in the fine print of the faxed application said, "after 72 hours, if applicant does not rent, then the deposit is forfeit" .I fought it with the bank and visa people, and they wouldn't return it.DO NOT RENT OR MOVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | I would recommend you avoid this place if at all possible.The price is good, but no one is at all helpful.Managment doesn't seem to care, phone calls are never ever returned, maintenance takes multiple requests to get taken care of, and I can't count how many cold showers I took while there!A support post outside my apartment was never properly fixed or replaced.The pool is filthy.The grounds, which could be so lovely, are covered with litter.They never notified me before the last time they sprayed for bugs so I was still asleep in a teeny nightgown when they came in and they didn't even offer to wait a minute for me to put on clothes.When I finally left, the manager (who actually works at Sunset Ridge) was excessively rude.If you can live anywhere else, don't live at Stratford Square. |
