| Recent Review: | | We rented a one bedroom apartment at Carriage House and found it to be clean and spacious when we moved in.Nice patios.Appliances in our kitchen were dated and not super efficient.There is plenty of parking and although you can pay for a reserved space we never found that to be necessary.Pet deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, which is kind of ridiculous and there is an additional monthly fee for pets.Close to Fort Sill, a lot of military seem to live here, but no real problem with noise. Management is very capable and no problems breaking lease early due to military orders. |

| Recent Review: | | We were happy just to find a place to live! But so many things are wrong here- one the color of the apartment carpet is the color of a brown recluse spider, the cabinetry and base boards are falling off, the first time we took a shower the tiles fell into our tub basin.The management is not top notch, like the last person said- has favorites.The newest laugh, paying $5 for a parking sticker so only tenants can use the first rows, but still no resolve in the parking issue. People are loud all hours of the night, spousal arguements and drunken feuds.People hanging outside your apartment and even banging on your windows at 3 in the morning, oh and firecrackers going off at your front door at midnight.Noise is awful, overall a horrible place to live-- but if you are desperate you are desperate.The only great asset is the mainteance worker, I forget his name but he is such a godsend! |

| Recent Review: | | Pecan Valley apts are large and roomy but I'm not sure the room is worth all the hassels.They are old, built in the 70's.They are renovating them and that's a total nightmare.The top apartments have 20+ foot high ceilings and they are cutting them down......while you still live there.It's a real mess and there is tons of broken glass that ends up in the apartment.They offer you no help with moving you stuff out of the way and sometimes you only receive a few hours notice that the work is going to be done.The complex also does nothing to pick up after their contractors.Numerous tenants have received nails in their tires and unexplained dents in their cars.The Manager is a real hard head.It's her way or no way and you get NICE LITTLE NOTES left on your door monthly reminding you of property guidelines.They change constantly and new stuff is added all the time.There is also some type of favoritism that goes on.Certain tenants, receive |
