						Recent Review: this apartment complex isnt too bad but the manager her sucks hard core. shes mean, shell screw you over and doesnt care about anyone but herself. avoid this apartment at all cost.

						Recent Review: Didn't seem too bad when i moved in but it seems to be going downhill.Also lots of construction goping on but not the stuff that needs to be done.Just looks like a lot of busy work but nothing to reallyimprove the quality of the apartments.

						Recent Review: I feel that the management in Legacy Corners DO NOT tell residents the WHOLE truth on leasing an aparment there or one manager will say one thing is fine and then when it becomes a problem with there boss say it never happened. We as residents are not treated well by management either. the other day I was outside and Witnessed a manager drive up in her golf cart and start YELLING at these to younger women walking there dogs telling one she could not be there and she had to leave due to that dog was not allowed there and this and that. It is fine to enforce your policies of your apartment complex but to rudely disrespect the residents and then continue to go to the residents to which who she and her husband where visitingand YELL AND DISRESPECT them and they are military they abidded by what she said even after being rudely harassed and treated. You know we pay money to live there and treated respectfully. not just my self but many people saw this happen. Not to mention that the apartments have been built for some time and I KNOW MANY MANY PEOPLE HAVE CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT OUR SPA/HOT TUB and there answer is it isn't summer yet. I don't know about you but it doesn't have to be summer at any other aparment complex to sit in a hot tub and those apartment have been finished since before November!!! Not to mention Noise and the AC motors are right outside your window if you live on the first floor and if they break or make an unusually load nosie they don't come fix it. LEGACY CORNERS COULD DO ALOT BETTER FOR THERE PEOPLE!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE GREAT AND GATED HAHAHAHAHA gates break and people just follow you in to the apartments anyway.
