| Recent Review: | | if youre looking for a cheap apartment this ones for you. its not bad, but its not great.i love not having to worry about any utilities, theyre all included, but theres no security, and no assigned parking, which can get aggrivating during school hours when everybody parks here to walk to ou.i have had no problems living on the top floor, but ive been in the lower ones where ive seen roaches in the cabinets and heard loud footsteps on the ceilings.maintenence is all right to get things done when you request them, but do not live here if you have a baby or some other commitment that requires you to always have access to water. they will turn off both hot and cold water for a day at a time without notice several times a year, and they will also turn off the hot water for several days at a time without notice. the only reason i can see people living here is because they want to save some money by not having to buy an ou parking pass. |

| Recent Review: | | We have lived here a year and we're fairly satisfied.The apartments are fairly new.The landscaping is beautiful and the apartments are taken care of.Maintence is ok.There is only one full time maintance man but he is very nice and helpful.Everytime we have had a problem the office and maintance has been on top of it or they have made sure we knew why.If you don't like children this is not the complex for you.There are lots of unruly children running about.However the management watches themand tries to keep their parents accountable.We have had a problem with our apartment smelling like cigarrette smoke when we don't smoke.Maintance has been very helpful on this also.Overall we are very satisfied. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in these apartments 2 years ago and very much enjoyed my stay there. Complex I lived in, Stratford Square, is a very quiet, but welcoming atmosphere. I NEVER heard my neighbors through the walls, and very seldom did anyone make too much noise on the balconies. Parking was fairly convenient, however the parking lot & directions of lanes were not well laid out/marked. Management was very agreeable and they were happy to help us any time. |

| Recent Review: | | The price is$375 for a 1 bedroom apartment, but you definately get what you pay for.Management is never there.AMG manages the property and they stretch their employees to the limit by bouncing them from place to place, and never letting tenants know what is going on.Parking is horrible.My car has numerous dents and dings because no one knows how to park.And you have to put EVERYTHING in writing, including if you want your deposit back, because they sometimes "forget" to send it out. |

| Recent Review: | | Emerald Greens has a wonderful management and maintenance staff.I have lived here since 1999 when McSha Properties took over for Wilhoit Properties.McSha has cleaned it up 100 times better!!!I definatly recommend this complex! |

| Recent Review: | | I've been here two years, never had a problem with the staff or any other tenant. The grounds are kept up bi-weekly, they are always trying to better the apperance of the property. They have recently re-done the swimming pool area and pool. They have added barbeque pits so we can grill outside when the weather permits.New outdoor toys have been added this summer, so the children have a fun place to hang out. I would reccommend Garland Square to anyone looking for a unit in the Norman area.**** |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for 1 year. The apartment was incredibly spacious for the amount we paid in rent. But they screwed around with charging for gas inaccurately and were called on that quite publicly. I didn't feel safe in the parking lot very often, and there was frequent fighting/noise in the complex. The police patrolled the place very often, too, which didn't really make me feel safe, just made me wonder what they knew about the place that I didn't necessarily want to know. However, we never heard our neighbors through the walls, and i know they made a lot of noise in their apartment because we were friends. We had the same problems with A/C maintenance as the other reviewer...constantly. |
