I asked mgmt to fix the medicine cabinets in the bathroom as they were old and need to be updated with mirrors and new lights.Mgmt again assured me that it would be done.

I asked about the electric bill and Mgmt told me the avg bill was 70 to 120.

At first glance, the complex seems nice.There are flowers everywhere.The complex has covered parking and the apartments have lots of storage.

But beware.... the place is not quiet.The first weekend I lived in the apts I had to listen to my neighbors have a party and run up and down the stairs until 3:30 in the morning. The catwalks that lead to one apartment to the other are very noisy.Besides being able to hear every headboard clank.... I could also smell cig smoke in my apartment from theirs.

I told Mgmt.especially about the smoke and Mgmt replied there was nothing she could do about the smoke but that she would post a notice to the noisy tenants.They are still noisy.A lot of good that did.

The noisy tenants are all single, young men.There are about 10 or 12 of them that hang out around the complex, one was asleep behind the trash can in the heat last weekend....if you are a single Mom.That's scary.

Mgmt also claims to preform a background check on every tenant who lives at the complex.That why I was really surprised last week to find a sex offender living in the complex below me.Mgmt claims he is not supposed to be living there... that a woman and a child are supposed to be the only ones living in that apt.

Mgmt never fixed the mirrors.After living in the complex I know it has some sort of funky old person smell all of the time that will not go away.Its loud because of the way the stairs are set up and because there are many tenants there with nothing else to do but drink until 3 am and play me love you long time.

My first electric bill.... after calling them once about an air conditioner that did not work and having the Maintenance guy verbally challange me and having been told by the Air conditioner repair man that the apt... however shady would never cool to 70 degrees during the day.And that he knew the units and they were old.So again my first electric bill....300.00.Theres definately something wrong.I am gone from 10 am to 6 pm and often two nights a week.I cannot use 9.00 worth of electricity during that time.I think I was paying for everyone to dry there clothes.Seriously.My 2000 sg ft business' electric bill is 200.00 in the heat of the summer with the AC cranking.

I am moving out after having lived there a month.Breaking my lease and packing my things and moving to a complex with an alarm.

Do not live here.Don't even risk it.
