The old management would not allow trash to be stacked by your front door, now most of the breezeways have trash piled in them. The new staff has really allowed the property to go down hill.Toni (new manager) is 10 times more rude than Maxine every thought about being.The leasing staff, Mandy and Jackie are both very rude and uncaring.Jessica (asst. mgr) is the only holdover from the old staff, and she is not bad. If I need something done, she is the one I call.All in all, we haven't had many problems, but I know several people who have had storage units broken into, and 2 people that have had their vehicles stolen.If you must move to CL, make them put you on the south side of the property.That is where all the staff lives, and the 2 police officers that live on property are south of the leasing office, and that area is better kept. | | | | |
