| Recent Review: | | I WOULD NOT STAY HERE FOR FREE!!! I HATE MY APARTMENT. ITS FILLED WITH TONS AND TONS OF ROACHES, MOTHS, AND SPIDERS! COMPLAINING DOES NOTHING, BECAUSE THEY LET SUCH FILTH MOVE IN, THAT THE PROBLEM IS NEVER ENDING! THE CEILINGS LEAK, THE TOILETS OVERFLOW. THE TENANTS HAVE ABSOLUTLY NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO TWICE, BEER BOTTLES ARE LAYING AROUND THE PARKING LOT NIGHTLY, CAR ALARMS GO OFF AT ALL HOURS BECAUSE OF THE VANDALS AND CONVICTS. ITS RIDICULOUS. MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS SALE DRUGS TO MY LANDLORD!!! AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO THE OWNERS, THEIR NUMBERS ARE TOP SECRET!! ITS VERY SAD! NO WONDER THIS PLACE WAS TARGETED LAST YEAR. NEARLY 7 WOMEN RAPED AND ROBBED BY THE SAME MAN BECAUSE OF THE TRASHY ATMOSPHERE. ALSO, NO PARKING IS EVER AVAILABLE. UNLESS YOU ARE A HERMIT AND NEVER LEAVE YOUR HOUSE AND GUARD YOUR SPOT WITH YOUR LIFE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE. |

| Recent Review: | | Overall Aspen Place is a quiet community it is close to dining and shopping and my only issues were with the slow response from maintenance at times and people taking your designated covered parking spots,the interior and appliances could use updating and the lighting is not the best but the management is caring and friendly so if you don't want to break the bank and are not picky but want a quiet safe community Aspen Place is should suit you fine. |

| Recent Review: | | I would not recommend this place.The service is not good and for those in the miltary-STAY AWAY!The managment isunwilling to work with military people.The water has been turned off eight times, fives times without notices.The security gates for the aprtement are left open most of the time, making it feasible for unwelcomed guests to venture in.The workers that do the maitenace are corteous and cordial at all times, though. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived there since June of 2003.Maintenence has always been an issue, there are things on my move in repair list that have not been fixed.The old staff was not bad, Maxine was very rude, but Ray and Ryan were very nice.I will say the old staff was much better on keeping the grounds clean and the dog feces picked up. The old management would not allow trash to be stacked by your front door, now most of the breezeways have trash piled in them. The new staff has really allowed the property to go down hill.Toni (new manager) is 10 times more rude than Maxine every thought about being.The leasing staff, Mandy and Jackie are both very rude and uncaring.Jessica (asst. mgr) is the only holdover from the old staff, and she is not bad. If I need something done, she is the one I call.All in all, we haven't had many problems, but I know several people who have had storage units broken into, and 2 people that have had their vehicles stolen.If you must move to CL, make them put you on the south side of the property.That is where all the staff lives, and the 2 police officers that live on property are south of the leasing office, and that area is better kept. |
